The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Developer in a high-availability, high-transaction volume environment. Expert level querying and the ability to write stored procedures are required. The ability to work independently while working on multiple projects is needed along with the ability to work under tight deadlines is needed. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, highly proficient in SQL development with significant experience working on scalable database-driven Enterprise applications including OLTP data modeling, data warehousing, and performance tuning. The candidate will be very experienced in all stages of SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, construction, implementation, testing and deployment. The candidate will collaborate with technical and functional team members to ensure delivery of quality software applications on time and to specifications. The candidate will be responsible for mission critical database components and should be able to draw from their experience, technical skills and leadership abilities to ensure successful completion of projects. Must be energetic and exhibit excellent analytical and problem solving skills and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
