Scholarships and Financial Aid

Helping to support you

The computer science department provides scholarships for you to receive financial assistance to support your studies at Missouri State University. Students in computer science may also be eligible for additional scholarships that are offered by the University .

The office of financial aid provides information about University scholarships, grants and loans to help fund your education. If a scholarship requires proof of financial need, you need to complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by February 15.

Unless noted, all scholarships require at least the submission of the online MSU Annual Scholarship Application by March 1. Please carefully review departmental scholarship requirements prior to submission.

They are awarded to students each year based on a wide range of criteria: college, major/minor, high school attended, outstanding academic achievement, leadership, financial need, etc.

The Search Tool will allow you to view available scholarships. You may search using keywords or the category search filter option, however you cannot apply for scholarships using the Search Tool.
