There are two degree options available to those who would like to minor in computer science: Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. Computer science would be a great addition to any degree, but it fits especially well for the student who likes to be creative and use knowledge to build models, theories and applications. Completing a minor in computer science will give you more opportunities when entering the job force with a high need for computer science professionals.

  1. CSC 125(4) or 130(3); CSC 131(4), 232(4).
  2. Six additional hours from eligible CSC courses numbered higher than 300 to bring total to at least 17. Courses not eligible: CSC 301, 303, 399, 500, 505, and 510.
