Completing your minor
The computer science major also requires you to pick a minor (or have a second major). A minor is a secondary area of study that supports your major.
If you pursue the computer science option of the CS major, you'll automatically complete the requirements for a minor in math.
We recommended that you do not complete your general education courses first. Instead, take a mixture of general education and major-required courses. Meet with your advisor often to make sure you stay on track to graduate.
